Job Description:

Would you like to join the team as a Passenger Services Coordinator? This is an incredible role in which you and your colleagues are responsible for the smooth running of daily operations. We ensure that airlines can transport passengers 365 days a year.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
Managing employees
Ensuring that check-in counters open on time and gates are staffed on time
Handling passenger and baggage check-in
Handling baggage claims
Handling lost baggage
Handling flight boarding
Performing some administrative tasks
Preparation and sealing of flights
Flight control
Passenger and baggage check-in
Claims for lost baggage
Flight boarding
Documentation tasks: customer service at the counter
Processing and preparing flight documentation

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum B1 level of English, or at least the required level of reading and comprehension
An English test will be administered
Experience in the sector is not required, although it will be valued
Ability to deal creatively and flexibly with unforeseen circumstances
Patient
Communicates well
Enthusiastic
Decisive
Ambitious person who knows how to keep a cool head in high-pressure work situations
