What You Will Be Doing: Managing a varied portfolio of Party Wall matters across London and beyond; Acting for building owners and adjoining owners; Mentoring junior team members they will actually listen mostly; Contributing to business development and client relationships; Potentially stepping into a leadership role depending on your level. What They Are Looking For?: Strong experience in Party Wall surveying you know your Notices from your Awards without Googling; Ideally MRICS or FRICS or equivalent experience if you have taken a different route; Commercial awareness and confidence with clients; A sense of humour optional but highly recommended.
