Parts Warehouse Operative

• Ensure Technicians are serviced as quickly as possible
• Check all stock and VOR orders against delivery and advice noted and located
• Work with the Parts Department to the benefit of the department and dealership
• Timely and careful execution of work
• Excellent organisation skills with reference to retail, trade, workshop sales and goods inwards

• Previous experience as a Parts Warehouse Operative or similar in the motor industry (premium / prestige brands preferable)
• Ability to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt your style to multiple audiences
• Ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service to both external customers and the internal Parts and Service Department
• Passion for the luxury industry, ability to recognise excellence and have a basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with
• Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company
