Job Description:

Office Angels are delighted to be supporting our client in Worcester with the recruitment of a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their friendly, hardworking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting customers and technicians to identify and order the correct vehicle parts
  • Managing parts orders, including checking deliveries and processing returns
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting stock control
  • Using parts catalogues and dealership systems to source required parts
  • Issuing parts promptly to the workshop to support repair schedules
  • Processing customer payments and raising invoices
  • Monitoring stock requirements and placing supplier orders
  • Handling warranty parts and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Building positive relationships with customers, technicians, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role or within an automotive parts environment
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive systems
  • Great communication skills and a helpful, positive attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Confidence using computer systems and parts catalogues
