Job Description

This is a structured full-time commercial internship designed to provide real business exposure across key functions in a consumer-driven organization. The Parts & Service Intern supports after-sales service operations, technical documentation, and service station coordination. Ideal for engineering students interested in applied technical roles.

Job Responsibility

  • Support service stations with basic troubleshooting guidance under the supervision of senior technicians
  • Assist in checking repair cases, verifying service details, and updating records in the system
  • Identify recurring issues or unusual service patterns that require technical attention
  • Review and interpret basic technical documentation related to product components and operation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of service-related inquiries
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in after‑sales service processes

Requirements

  • 4th-year student or fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Refrigeration/HVAC, Mechatronics, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, or cooling system concepts
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to accuracy
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn hands‑on technical skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Good English skills
  • Available to work full‑time for 6 months
