This is a structured full-time commercial internship designed to provide real business exposure across key functions in a consumer-driven organization. The Parts & Service Intern supports after-sales service operations, technical documentation, and service station coordination. Ideal for engineering students interested in applied technical roles.
Job Responsibility:
Support service stations with basic troubleshooting guidance under the supervision of senior technicians
Assist in checking repair cases, verifying service details, and updating records in the system
Identify recurring issues or unusual service patterns that require technical attention
Review and interpret basic technical documentation related to product components and operation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of service-related inquiries
Support continuous improvement initiatives in after‑sales service processes
Requirements:
4th-year student or fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Refrigeration/HVAC, Mechatronics, or related fields
Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, or cooling system concepts
Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to accuracy
Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn hands‑on technical skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic English skills
Available to work full‑time for 6 months
