To effectively assist customers with selecting the suitable parts for their agricultural equipment needs, contribute to achieving branch targets, and provide strong support to both customers and the workshop through efficient parts sales.
Job Responsibility
Marketing of parts to Customers in order to achieve Sales Budgets
Building and maintaining productive relationship with Customers and Workshop personnel
Maintaining daily and monthly set sales targets
Management of daily cash sales and allocations
Ensure correct parts are collected by customers or the workshop as per invoice
Keep track of outstanding back orders
Track and manage stock levels and assisting with efficient inventory control
Assist Parts Manager with seasonal demand planning
Collaborate with Workshop Technicians
Keep customers informed of promotions
Maintain a clean and neat work environment
Adhere to all safety regulations within work environment
Maintain and grow existing customer base
Offering excellent customer sales experience
Able to work after hours when required
Requirements
Matric/ Grade 12/ Agricultural Matric
2-3 years: Parts Sales (Agriculture environment advantageous)
2-3 years: Computer Literacy
2-3 years: Experience in displaying superior customer service
Good command of the English language
Competent computer skills including MS office and other PC based communication tools.

Knowledge of SAP CRM system
