Job Description

Vertu TPS Hereford are currently recruiting a Car Parts Salesperson (VW Group Trade Parts) to join their parts team. We have a great team on site who develop and maintain long term relationships with customers, and provide them with expert knowledge, advice and support.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements
  • Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets
  • Identify and maximise all upsell opportunities to grow overall sales figures
  • Achieve personal target KPIs and revenue objectives with target customer sets
  • Record and feedback lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager
  • Build strong relationships with clients by making relevant and regular contact, providing high level of service and review of their accounts

Requirements

  • Previous experience in motor retail parts preferred but not essential
  • Must be able to complete employment checks including verification of recent employment, address, credit history, criminal record check, and driving licence check
