We are currently recruiting for a Parts Manager to join us at our Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield dealership! This is a full time permanent position offering a basic salary of £32,509 with an OTE up to £36,509 plus company benefits including company car, share incentive scheme and much more!

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the parts department
  • Maximise departmental profitability and achieve the departmental business plan
  • Effectively control and maintain resources, including stocks and equipment
  • Minimise the risk of financial loss to the company
  • Lead and develop the team to create a motivational working environment, aid colleague retention, encourage continuous improvement and promote enhanced performance
  • Drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a successful track record within a managerial position in a Parts Department
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
