Parts Manager

• Manage Parts/Stores Warehouse in relation to space and stock holding, including obsolete/excess stock disposal
• Training new and existing staff for computer systems and working procedures within the department
• Assist and advise other members of the Parts Department, both office and warehouse, whenever issues or problems arise
• Assist and advise members of other departments with queries relating to spare parts
• Manage staff holidays, back to work interviews after sickness and ensure that each team member is working at a satisfactory level
• Assist with stock control and stock management
• Creation and ordering of new parts, parts lists including supplier information and pricing

• Proven experience in a parts or technical role at Management level
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Self-motivated and the ability to lead a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and Excel is desirable, although full training will be given
