Parts Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Parts Manager to join our successful team at Vertu Ford Gloucester. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive basic salary of £36,000, alongside an excellent benefits package including a company car, share incentive scheme, and much more. As Parts Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and developing our Parts Department, with full responsibility for driving performance, maximising profitability, and delivering against business objectives. You’ll ensure efficient stock control, effective resource management, and minimise financial risk, all while maintaining exceptional standards of customer service. A core part of the role is leadership—motivating, coaching, and developing your team to create a positive, high-performing working environment. You’ll focus on colleague engagement and retention, continuous improvement, and ensuring your team consistently delivers outstanding results.
