Job Description:

Dynamic role where you will support customers and technicians by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts for their needs. You will manage stock, process returns, and support the service team in ensuring parts are available for scheduled jobs. You will collaborate closely with technicians, handle incoming stock, update systems, and ensure parts are available and tracked efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver prompt and accurate parts interpretation and advice to customers
  • Support the workshop by ensuring timely parts supply and order fulfilment
  • Maintain optimal stock control and inventory accuracy
  • Uphold high standards in customer service and complaint handling
  • Contribute positively to team culture and process improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience as a parts interpreter in either the motorcycle or automotive industry
  • Interest in motorcycles or motorsport
  • Confident using parts catalogues and ERP systems
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work both independently and within a team
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Familiarity with workshop environments
