Job Responsibility:
Provide excellent customer service by managing parts inquiries, requests, and quotes
Handle phone services and ensure a professional customer experience
Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory
Address customer escalations and maintain order records
Meet KPIs and focus on continuous improvement
Requirements:
Energetic Team player
Passionate about customers and service
Experienced in customer service, with strong relationship-building skills is highly desirable
A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Reliable, punctual, and a confident communicator
Prior experience with Parts check and(or) Repair Connection systems is highly desirable
