Job Responsibility

Your workday is pleasantly varied and starts right in the midst of the production dynamics, after which you and 3 enthusiastic colleagues ensure a flawless handover of the production area
The start (from 12:00): You begin your day by getting involved in production. This can vary from working on the production line to assisting with preparation or washing dishes
The deep clean (from approx. 16:00): When production is finished, the real specialist work begins. Together with your team, you make the entire production area spotless
The process: You thoroughly pressure wash the production lines, clean all machines and parts with special cleaning agents, and ensure everything is sprayed down to a shine and ready for use the next day

Job Responsibility

All key stakeholders to be identified and an action plan written for Orchard Community Care, to include the level and frequency of communication needed
Building and maintaining positive, strong, collaborative relationships with Orchard Community Care stakeholders (e.g. HSE, Tusla, Social Workers, Discharge Managers) across Ireland
Maintaining regular contact with appropriate individuals in HSE and Tusla community teams in order to generate appropriate referrals and understand their needs
Ensuring stakeholders are aware of placement availability and identifying people who Orchard Community Care can provide appropriate support for within their social care portfolio
Processing and coordinating all referrals from start to finish
Working with and supporting the Regional Directors, MDT and Assessment Team to progress these
