Parts Driver to work at Hatfield for H.R. Owen, the UK’s leading luxury automotive dealer group. Looking for someone that’s used to going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service, with a focus on maintaining high standards of care of customer and company property in line with procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Collecting and delivering customer and company vehicles on behalf of the dealership as instructed
Ensuring the showroom is displayed per Brand Standard at all times
Establishing a good image and relationship with people who we deliver to or collect from, including other branches of the H.R. Owen Group
Acting as an ambassador for the dealership

Requirements:

Previous experience driving luxury vehicles in a professional capacity
Ability to maintain the highest standards of driving and ensure a full clean driving license is maintained
Ability to take ownership of role, with strong commitment and willingness to assist the service team
Ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service
Passion for the luxury industry, ability to recognise excellence and have a basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with
Knowledge of and adherence to systems including legal responsibilities under the Road Traffic Act, and Vehicle Taxation Validity
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company
