Job Description

Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle is looking for a punctual and enthusiastic Parts Driver to join our fantastic team! As a Parts Driver, you should share your passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of Mercedes-Benz.

Job Responsibility

Collect and deliver parts to customers' business
Provide friendly and attentive service
Ensure highest possible levels of customer service
Build genuine rapport with customers
Check over each vehicle to ensure safety and identify damage
Plan multiple drops with efficiency

Requirements

Previous experience working with a premium brand
Understanding of the automotive industry (not essential)
Excellent attention to detail
Organisation skills
Knowledge of the local area (beneficial)
Excellent navigational skills
