Job Description:

Lamers Bus Lines is now hiring a full-time Parts Department Assistant in Green Bay. This person will be responsible for receiving, filling, and shipping parts orders to our service facilities located through the state and is a physical, hands-on job. In addition, this position is responsible for obtaining product information and price quotes from vendors, maintaining balanced inventory and handling warranty issues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receiving, filling, and shipping parts orders to service facilities
  • Obtaining product information and price quotes from vendors
  • Maintaining balanced inventory

  • Filling orders for other terminals
  • Taking orders from terminals
  • Researching parts to fill orders
  • Assist with loading truck for terminal distribution
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Checking in every part that arrives for order completion
  • Putting parts away
  • Shipping material cleanup
  • Organizing all parts locations
  • Parts running to other terminals as needed
  • Scrap metal

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a CDL physical
  • Obtain and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (C.D.L.) with P, S, and airbrake endorsements
  • Must physically be able to push, pull or lift an object/part weighing a minimum of fifty (50) pounds
