Job Description:

This position is ideal for someone with strong technical product knowledge who enjoys combining customer service, sales support, and hands-on order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare accurate quotations for customer product inquiries
  • Provide customers with detailed product information and technical guidance
  • Process sales orders from initial inquiry through fulfillment
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and follow up as needed
  • Pull, package, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery (parts, fittings, pipe, fixtures, etc.)
  • Design, size, and troubleshoot hydronic heating systems, including baseboard, radiant, and steam
  • Participate in networking events, training sessions, and professional groups to support sales growth

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of products and system design (hydronic/heating experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with a positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
