A growing organization in the data center cooling industry is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support their aftermarket HVAC operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and skilled at managing parts, inventory, and service support in a fast‑paced environment. The Parts Coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of HVAC parts, support technicians and customers, and ensure accurate and efficient inventory operations. This role directly contributes to technician productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall service efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Assist customers and technicians with parts requests, quotes, orders, returns, and warranty claims
Communicate with vendors, service teams, and technical support to resolve parts‑related issues
Receive, tag, allocate, and organize parts daily while maintaining inventory accuracy
Perform routine cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
Identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities based on customer needs
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Support stocking level decisions and general process improvement efforts
Requirements:
Proficiency in SOS Inventory, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
Experience with HVAC or mechanical parts strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
