Job Description:

H.R. Owen, the UK’s leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Parts Consultant to work with Ferrari at our new flagship multi-marque facility in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of role
  • Ensure the efficient running of the Parts Department
  • Timely and careful execution of work and excellent organisation skills with reference to retail, trade, workshop sales and goods inwards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Parts Department in the motor industry
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt style to multiple audiences
  • Ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service to both external customers and the internal Parts and Service Department
  • Passion for the luxury industry, ability to recognise excellence and a basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with
  • Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company
