P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a Parts Co-ordinator on a full-time, permanent basis located in Great Yarmouth.
Job Responsibility
Identification of parts from manufacturer parts systems and schematic drawings
Sourcing of parts from OEMs and alternative suppliers
Raising purchase order requisitions and tracking deliveries
Booking in and out of all materials to jobs
Planning of upcoming tasks to ensure parts are available on time
Ensuring accuracy of parts orders
Monitoring and return of core and old units
Organising and returning warranty parts
Any other duty or task that may be deemed reasonable
Requirements
3 years’ previous experience in a parts procurement environment identifying engine/mechanical parts
Strong operational involvement and willingness to get directly involved
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and initiative
Effective in both independent and team-oriented settings
Proactive and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn
Strong commitment to quality standards
Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
