Parts Co-ordinator role for a leading hand, power tool, and equipment distributor, working within the stores element of the Parts Department.
Job Responsibility:
Full working knowledge of, and ability to perform all roles within the stores element of the Parts Department including stock control and management, booking in and putting away stock, creation and management of stock locations, and amending details on AX
Assisting the parts department with issues or problems as they arise
Liaising with other internal departments with queries relating to spare parts
Actively promoting and embracing change
Using your own initiative to find new ideas and solutions to stock control issues, the use of space, and efficient working processes
Requirements:
PC Literate with good keyboard skills
Keen eye for detail
Self-motivated and the ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of AX and Excel is desirable
Previous experience in a parts or technical role would also be an advantage
