Job Responsibility
Mastermind Inventory Control: Command absolute accuracy across warehouse stock, ensuring high-value components are meticulously tracked and perfectly staged
Fuel Field Operations: Empower technicians, cross-functional internal units, and external clients by rapidly diagnosing parts needs and sourcing critical components
Accelerate Fulfillment Lifecycles: Own the end-to-end flow of materials, transforming complex, fast-moving parts requests into flawless, timely deliveries
Champion Client Success: Act as the ultimate technical touchpoint, providing high-touch, solution-driven communication that minimizes client downtime
Orchestrate Inventory & Warehouse Logistics: Maintain accurate parts inventory within the warehouse, ensuring components are meticulously organized and readily available for both Shop and Road Service Technicians
Streamline Shipping & Sourcing: Coordinate efficient shipping and receiving processes, while proactively researching and sourcing part numbers for technicians and customers
Drive Vendor & Tech Communications: Respond promptly to incoming parts calls, emails, and inquiries, and expertly handle technical inquiries from factories and vendors
Manage Financials & ERP Workflow: Process orders, purchase orders, warranty documents, and quotes within the ERP system, while accurately coding invoices and verifying receipts of purchased items
Own Order Tracking & Pricing: Monitor and manage back-ordered items, update tracking systems, communicate delivery timelines, and maintain accurate parts pricing updates
Execute Audits & Replenishment: Complete weekly/monthly billings, handle replenishment of consignment inventory, and spearhead annual inventory counts and audits
Power Daily Operations: Utilize Excel, DE systems, and inventory tracking systems daily, and safely operate a Raymond Reach forklift as required to keep the warehouse moving
Requirements
The Parts Authority: You bring a robust background in industrial parts coordination, inventory systems management, or heavy-duty logistics
The Critical Thinker: You possess the technical acumen required to interpret parts catalogs, analyze component specs, and solve supply chain bottlenecks on the fly
The Connector: You are an exceptional communicator who builds instant rapport with tough field crews, corporate departments, and demanding clients alike
The High-Velocity Performer: You are energized by fast-paced environments and can pivot seamlessly between urgent tracking requests and long-term organization
The Quality Guardian: You treat accuracy as a non-negotiable standard, ensuring every part shipped is the exact component needed for the job
The Experienced Professional: Bring a minimum of 3 years of related experience in parts coordination, inventory control, auto/industrial parts, or material handling environments. A strong understanding of shipping/receiving and warehouse inventory processes is essential
The System Power-User: Highly proficient in navigating ERP systems, tracking software, and Microsoft Excel daily to manage workflows and data
The Technical Communicator: Possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, allowing you to confidently research parts and resolve technical inquiries from factories, vendors, and technicians
The Organized Executioner: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a razor-sharp eye for detail, with the proven ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and thrive independently in a fast-paced environment
The Machinery Asset: Mechanical parts knowledge of forklifts, sweepers, scrubbers, or related industrial equipment is considered a strong asset
The Agile Operator: Self-motivated and ready to transition from administrative tracking to operating a Raymond Reach forklift (certification not required)
Education & Location: Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) and be based in or willing to work directly out of our Edmonton facility
