We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the parts department, ensuring customers receive outstanding service while helping to achieve departmental sales targets.
Job Responsibility:
Provide prompt, professional service to customers and internal departments.
Identify, sell, and supply vehicle parts and accessories.
Process parts orders, deliveries, and returns in line with company procedures.
Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock checks.
Monitor back orders and update customers on part availability.
Maintain a clean, organised parts department and displays.
Support the team in achieving parts sales targets and departmental objectives.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an automotive parts or motor trade environment is desirable.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with stock systems.
