Job Description:

An exciting new opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team. This is a great chance to be part of a well-established company where your skills and enthusiasm will be valued and supported.

Job Responsibility:

Identify parts for the front and back counters
Check off stock and accurately put away keeping the stock area tidy
Pick orders and put on the delivery shelves
Process returns to the supplier
Process customer credits
Handle warranty returns
Perpetual stock checking
Stock receipting on DMS

Requirements:

Must be customer focussed
Previous experience in a similar role with commercial vehicle parts experience an advantage
Excellent customer service and strong administration skills
A friendly, can-do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure
Experience working to performance targets
Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop
Commercial vehicle parts experience
