Job Description:

This parts role is all about helping our customers and workshop team with their machinery parts enquiries. As a business we specialise in supplying and maintaining high-quality agricultural equipment, supplied by some of the world’s best-known brands, backed by expert knowledge, reliable service, and strong support. This is a rare opportunity to join our expanding business and exciting time of growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Offering support to customers and internal staff, (over the phone and in person), with parts and ancillary product requirements
  • Providing parts knowledge, ordering parts for customers and engineers, producing quotations, and final invoicing
  • Undertaking regular inspections to ensure that the parts areas are being maintained to a high standard & we have a defined development plan to increase sales
  • Ensuring the parts department is compliant with all company policies

Requirements:

  • Previous agriculture or similar parts knowledge is advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure and the flexibility to quickly change between tasks
  • Committed to providing prompt and helpful resolutions to challenging problems
  • Confidence to upsell to bring in additional parts business
  • Good communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Hold a clean UK Driving Licence
