Vertu KIA Nottingham have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team! We are offering a basic salary of £31,600 plus company benefits! You will be required to work alternate Saturdays, as per the departmental rota, between the hours of 8.00am and 12.00pm. We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Dealing with incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms
  • Accurately identifying parts to meet customer sales requirements
  • Utilising product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets
  • Identifying and maximising upsell opportunities to grow overall sales figures
  • Maintaining own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through training and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls

Requirements:

  • Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry
  • Ambitious
  • Determination to seek out new sales opportunities
