Job Description

Vertu Peugeot Oxford have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team! We are offering a basic salary of £30,537 plus company benefits! This is a full time permanent role across 42 hours per week Monday-Friday with no weekend working required. We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms
  • accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements
  • utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets
  • identify and maximise all upsell opportunities
  • maintain own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls

Requirements

  • Motor trade experience or demonstrate a keen interest in cars/car parts
  • ambitious
  • determination to seek out new sales opportunities
  • ability to exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis
