Job Description:

H.R. Owen, the UK’s leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Parts Advisor to work with Bentley, Surrey. The right candidate will have the dedication, efficiency and attention-to-detail required for working with the Parts Department to the benefit of the department and dealership. Timely and careful execution of work and excellent organisation skills with reference to retail, trade, workshop sales and goods inwards are all key attributes of our ideal candidate.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the efficient running of the Parts Department
Ensure customers are served in a polite and responsible manner
Serve Technicians as quickly and accurately as possible

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the motor industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to find innovative solutions to difficult problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt communication style to multiple audiences
Ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service
Passion for the luxury industry
Ability to recognise excellence
Basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with
Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company
