A premier, global Automotive Group is looking for a motivated professional to join their busy Warehouse & Parts Division in Rydalmere. Based directly within the warehouse hub, this position is a mix of inventory administration with operational support. As a Parts Administrator, you will ensure the seamless processing of vendor claims, stock buybacks, and customer returns in a fast paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Process vendor shipment discrepancies, short-supply claims, and damaged parts returns
Manage customer returns, core exchanges, and manufacturer inventory buybacks within strict timeframes
Accurately process vendor credit notes and maintain records
Assist the team with parts stocktakes and occasional pick/pack operations as required
Requirements
Previous Parts Administration, Service Advisor, Warranties or Spare Parts experience
Sharp attention to detail, a professional phone manner, and a customer-centric mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and jumping between administrative tasks and warehouse duties
A full NSW Driver’s Licence with a sound driving record
