Adams Morey is looking for an organised and proactive Parts Administration Assistant to join our team at our Nursling site, supporting the centralisation of parts administration within the Hub and assisting with reporting and communication across our Parts departments.
Job Responsibility:
Analyse stock audit report for any anomalies
Raise consolidated invoices for BCP Council
Run reports for outstanding purchase ledger queries and update managers
Ensure all purchase invoices for all depots are verified
Contact suppliers to make card payments for purchases
Advise suppliers/purchase ledger reasons for withholding payment of invoices
Ensure all Paccar invoices are cleared for previous month
Run Outstanding Purchases Awaiting invoice report and inform managers
Contact customers for card payment refunds
Submit SPI invoices
Run reports for SPI debt and inform managers
Verify Paccar supplier invoices
Verify all Stellantis purchase invoices
Attend relevant training courses as and when required
Place VOR orders with Paccar for next day delivery
Sort and scan all purchase invoices to Purchase Ledger
Attend relevant company meetings/shows internal and external as and when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in Parts environment
Previous experience of the Motor trade would be beneficial
Accounts background is desirable
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and liaise with other departments
Excellent IT skills
