Job Description

As Partnerships Project Manager at Voi, you will play a key role in executing and delivering high-impact commercial partnerships and advertising campaigns across multiple markets within Voi Media, a new and fast-growing vertical focusing on advertising and partnerships.

Job Responsibility

  • Owning the end-to-end execution of partnership and advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on digital campaigns, from post-sale handover to go-live, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Leading cross-functional coordination across internal teams (marketing, creatives, product and operations), as well as external partners, to deliver campaigns that meet commercial objectives and partner expectations
  • Managing timelines, deliverables and campaign requirements across multiple campaigns, providing structure, visibility and seamless execution
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless partner experience
  • Tracking campaign performance and supporting reporting, while ensuring operational excellence across deliverables, including invoicing and post-campaign follow-up
  • Identifying and supporting upsell opportunities in collaboration with commercial teams, contributing to incremental revenue and long-term partner value
  • Driving high-quality execution and partner satisfaction, contributing to strong retention and long-term collaboration

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, partnerships, campaign management or similar roles, ideally within agency, media or ad-tech environments
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage several parallel initiatives without compromising quality
  • Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust across internal teams and external partners
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create structure in complex setups
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track performance and draw actionable insights
  • High ownership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Experience using AI tools in daily work tasks to support execution and improve output quality
  • Fluent in English
