Job Responsibility

Responsible for the daily operational management and support of our logistics partners and serve as the primary contact for our partners regarding operational challenges
Together with our partners, you identify potential for improvement and implement optimization measures to make our processes more efficient and reliable
You work closely with other teams to improve fleet health and ensure a continuous supply-demand parity
You support the Head of Logistics with strategic projects and initiatives, contributing your experience to the further development of our partnerships
You monitor and analyze Service Level Agreements (SLA) as well as compliance with contractually agreed conditions, ensuring our quality standards are met at all times
Regular reporting and evaluations are part of your responsibilities, as is close cooperation with internal stakeholders and logistics management
