Job Description:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Partnerships Manager in North America to drive net-new business growth by building and scaling a best-in-class agency & Digital Consulting partner ecosystem across North America. This is not just another partner role, it’s your chance to design and lead a new go-to-market engine fueled by strategic digital agencies, marketing consultancies, and experience-driven service providers. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and revenue impact of our agency channel, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to unlock new revenue streams and accelerate market penetration.You will additionally manage a handful of agency partners from upsell, renewal and client management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pioneer the Agency Partner Landscape
  • Map the North American digital agency and consultancy ecosystem to identify high-potential partners
  • Define the criteria, structure, and segmentation for our agency program
  • Recruit & Activate High-Impact Partners
  • Proactively identify, engage, and sign new agency partners
  • Deliver Revenue-Generating Go-To-Market Plays
  • Co-create joint value propositions and campaign assets with partners
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing teams
  • Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Finance to structure partnership models
  • Measure & Optimize Performance
  • Establish and track KPIs across partner-sourced pipeline, win rates, deal velocity, and customer retention

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years in partner/channel management, business development, or agency ecosystem roles within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or CX platforms
  • Demonstrated success in partner acquisition, co-selling, and pipeline/revenue generation
  • Familiarity with how digital, performance, and creative agencies operate – including their business models, client acquisition methods, and service offerings
  • Existing relationships within the North American agency landscape is a major plus
  • Comfortable influencing across functions, aligning incentives, and navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
