The Partnerships Manager at Realta Fusion will play a critical role in building, managing, and scaling the company’s external ecosystem across the fusion energy landscape. This individual will serve as a key connector between Realta and stakeholders in academia, national laboratories, industry, advocacy groups, and government entities.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary fusion ecosystem manager for Realta Fusion
Maintain and expand stakeholder relationships with ecosystem partners across academia, advocacy, national laboratories, and beyond
Conduct market landscape and ecosystem analysis and provide strategic guidance to identify and fill high priority stakeholder gaps
Develop and maintain an internal partnership evaluation system to monitor health and effectiveness of high-priority partnerships on an ongoing basis
Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, sponsorship opportunities, and speaking engagement
Support investor relations activities, including company communications
Represent Realta Fusion at industry conferences, trade shows, and working group meetings associated with existing partnerships
Support government relations activities at the local, state, federal, and international level
Support executive leadership with strategic planning initiatives and special projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or external relations
Nice to have:
Advanced degree (MBA, public policy, engineering, or related field) preferred
Experience working with or within energy, climate tech, deep tech, or scientific research environments strongly preferred
Familiarity with government relations or public policy environments is a plus
