Job Description

As a Partnerships Manager, your mission will be to identify, recruit and activate new distribution partners that accelerate myPOS growth. This role is best suited to a commercially driven professional with a strong business development mindset, someone energized by prospecting, opening new doors, negotiating agreements and building partnerships from the ground up.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify, approach and recruit new strategic distribution partners
  • Build and manage a healthy partnership pipeline through proactive outreach, market mapping and networking
  • Represent myPOS at relevant events, meetings and industry forums to generate new partnership opportunities
  • Lead commercial discussions, support negotiations and contribute to partnership agreements and go-to-market plans
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Product and Marketing to support smooth deal execution
  • Oversee the onboarding and initial activation of newly signed partners, ensuring readiness for launch and early merchant acquisition

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships or channel growth
  • Track record of building partner networks or opening new markets from scratch
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and confidence in external relationship management
  • Ability to work autonomously, with energy, resilience and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, telecom or other technology-led distribution models is considered an advantage

  • Drive partnership revenue across the Immediate portfolio, taking ownership of pitches and converting opportunities into revenue.
  • Proactively generate and shape partnership opportunities within your agency patch and wider market, developing first-class, idea-led responses to briefs, often at pace.
  • Own and grow your agency relationships, building deep understanding of client objectives, business challenges, and planning cycles. You will service the Publicis patch alongside the Head of Partnerships, and act as the dedicated partnerships lead for Havas and Goodstuff.
