Job Description:

If you’re a motivated, relationship-driven professional with hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital agencies, this is your chance to help shape impactful partnerships in the e-commerce technology space. We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our growing agency and platform team. This person can turn relationships into revenue and strengthen ShipperHQ’s presence across the e-commerce ecosystem. This role collaborates directly with e-commerce platforms, agencies, and technology partners to uncover opportunities, create mutual value, and ensure our partners succeed with ShipperHQ. This is an ideal role for someone who understands the e-commerce landscape, thrives on both relationship-building and driving results, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive growth through partnerships: Manage and expand relationships with key agencies, e-commerce platforms, and technology partners
  • Identify and close opportunities: Translate partnerships into revenue by spotting new opportunities and aligning them with business goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product to develop joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Enable partner success: Ensure partners are equipped to position ShipperHQ effectively with their clients
  • Represent ShipperHQ: Participate in events, webinars, and community initiatives to strengthen brand visibility
  • Track and optimize: Maintain partner data, measure performance, and share insights that guide strategy

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital agency partnerships, account management, or business development
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Revenue-driven and accountable: motivated by outcomes, owns agency/partner revenue targets, and delivers measurable impact
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools (incl. prompt-based workflows) for research and analysis, coupled with strong critical thinking and quality control habits to validate outputs and avoid ‘AI slop’ in deliverables
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
What we offer:
  • 22 days of PTO plus public holidays
  • 401k Match
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Maternity and Paternity Leave
