Job Description:

The Partnerships Lead will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance TUI's digital ecosystem across App & Future Channels, building innovative omnichannel experiences and driving digital transformation objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for App & Future Channels
research, identify, and evaluate potential partners across technology platforms, distribution channels, and complementary services
build and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
lead negotiations of partnership agreements alongside Procurement teams
collaborate with product and technology teams to integrate partner solutions
identify and evaluate emerging digital channels and platforms through pilot projects
establish KPIs and monitoring frameworks to track partnership performance
align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives
maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and represent TUI at industry events

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field, with an MBA being beneficial
proven experience in partnership management, business development, or similar roles
track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful strategic partnerships
experience in digital business, preferably in travel, e-commerce, or related industries
strong understanding of digital platforms, technologies, and emerging channels
experience in commercial negotiation and contract development
strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate commercial opportunities
experience in working with Product and Technology teams in a Product Driven way
