Job Description:

The Partnerships Lead will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance TUI's digital ecosystem across App & Future Channels, building innovative omnichannel experiences and driving digital transformation objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for App & Future Channels
  • research, identify, and evaluate potential partners across technology platforms, distribution channels, and complementary services
  • build and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
  • lead negotiations of partnership agreements alongside Procurement teams
  • collaborate with product and technology teams to integrate partner solutions
  • identify and evaluate emerging digital channels and platforms through pilot projects
  • establish KPIs and monitoring frameworks to track partnership performance
  • align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives
  • maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and represent TUI at industry events

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field, with an MBA being beneficial
  • proven experience in partnership management, business development, or similar roles
  • track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful strategic partnerships
  • experience in digital business, preferably in travel, e-commerce, or related industries
  • strong understanding of digital platforms, technologies, and emerging channels
  • experience in commercial negotiation and contract development
  • strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate commercial opportunities
  • experience in working with Product and Technology teams in a Product Driven way
