Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Partnership Executive to join our Inventory Strategy and Growth team. This role plays a key part in supporting and optimising our global airport experience network. You will provide operational, administrative and reporting support to the Partnerships team, ensuring partner data, onboarding processes and performance reporting are accurate, timely and efficient. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in partnerships, commercial strategy or the travel industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity across internal systems
  • Manage partnership information within Salesforce
  • Support report analysis and process optimisation to improve efficiency
  • Produce regular management information (MI) and performance reports
  • Interpret data and deliver clear, insightful outputs
  • Conduct competitor and market research, sharing findings with the wider team
  • Support partner onboarding and documentation processes
  • Prepare presentations, reports and partner updates for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers
  • Develop knowledge of the travel and airport ecosystem
  • Build foundational commercial awareness and relationship management skills
