We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Executive – Commercial Operations to join the Club’s Partnerships Team. This is a varied and exciting role, and you will support the Senior Lead – Commercial Operations in providing operational support across a range of commercial activities. You will play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of events and experiences, assisting with the coordination of matchday commercial operations, and provide valuable support to partners and stakeholders. Offering exposure to multiple departments, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver exceptional experiences and successful outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Senior Lead – Commercial Operations in providing operational support across a range of commercial activities

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative, operations, customer service or events-based role (sport or events industry desirable)

  • Flexibility required particularly around matchdays and events
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Field Operations Specialists. You will define their schedules, set performance KPIs, and ensure they provide technical support to our Workplace & Industrial business partners
  • Act as the senior point of contact for our industrial partners. You will source new partnerships, oversee hardware deployment and replacement, and ensure long-term site production and retention
