Job Description

To support our growing partnerships and event collaborations, we’re looking for a hands-on and organised Partnerships & Events Intern to join our Commercial team. This is a practical internship where you’ll be right in the middle of the action, supporting activations, events, and campaigns that bring our brands to life.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating day-to-day operations for active partnerships and events
  • Supporting event planning, logistics, and on-site execution — from in-club partner activations to larger brand events
  • Managing communication with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are clear and on track
  • Tracking partnership agreements, timelines, and deliverables, and preparing progress updates
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as contract handling, invoicing preparation, planning, and scheduling
  • Spotting opportunities to improve internal processes and make partnership operations more efficient

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Bachelors level programme (e.g. Commercial Economics, Event Management, Marketing, or Business Studies)
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
  • Proactive and practical: you like taking ownership and getting things done
  • Interested in the operational and logistical side of partnerships and events
  • A clear communicator in both Dutch and English, confident working with internal teams and external partners
  • Energised by fitness, lifestyle, and brand collaborations

What we offer

  • Internship compensation of €300,- per month (based on a fulltime internship)
  • A hands-on role in a fast-growing, innovative fitness organisation
  • Real responsibility and the freedom to contribute your own ideas
  • A supportive, ambitious team and a vibrant office culture
  • Complimentary access to all Urban Gym Group clubs during your internship
