Job Responsibility:
Build business development motion from the ground up
Own strategy and execution of most important external relationships
Turn partnerships into repeatable, scalable source of revenue
Build deep, revenue-generating partnerships primarily with consulting firms and ecosystem partners
Unlock new pipeline, accelerate enterprise sales cycles, and help sellers win more deals
Own targets and be responsible for creating real commercial impact
Develop joint go-to-market strategies
Embed partners into enterprise sales cycles
Build foundations of a partnerships engine that accelerates pipeline, win rates, and deal velocity
Work closely with sales, product, and customer teams while owning outcomes end to end
Design and execute Omnea’s partnerships motion from scratch
Identify, secure, and activate high-impact partnerships
Be accountable for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
Work hands-on with Sales team on live deals, positioning partners effectively and driving joint wins
Codify what works into repeatable playbooks
Build deep, trusted relationships with partners, equipping them to confidently recommend Omnea
Requirements:
6–10+ years of experience in high-performance, fast-moving environments
Majority of career spent in scaling startup environments (Series A–D)
Track record of exceptional performance in academia, work, sport, or sales
Held a quota-carrying role with proven track record closing enterprise B2B deals or revenue-generating partnerships
Deeply commercial and outcome-oriented
Gravitas and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders across consulting firms, partners, and enterprise customers
Intellectually sharp and able to quickly understand complex products
Ambitious and competitive
Thrives on responsibility and motivated by building something meaningful
Performs best in environments that demand speed, accountability, and autonomy
