We’re hiring a Partnerships Development Manager to accelerate growth through key platform relationships across North America. This role sits at the intersection of platforms, agencies, and creative execution - identifying revenue opportunities, strengthening ecosystem relationships, and converting collaboration into measurable growth. You will carry defined revenue expectations within the partner channel and be accountable for originating, progressing, and converting partner-driven opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Build and deepen relationships with platform stakeholders, leading to qualified direct-to-brand conversations and opportunities
Identify and qualify partner-sourced opportunities
Own partner-driven deals through commercial progression and close
Collaborate on platform-led programs, joint go-to-market activities and co-marketing activations
Craft strategic narratives and presentations using data and industry insights
Contribute directly to channel revenue performance
Requirements:
Digital agencies (Account Manager, Client Lead, Head of Paid Social)
Platform-facing agency roles
Paid media or performance specialists with strong commercial instinct
Partnership or channel development backgrounds
Commercially confident and comfortable progressing deals
Strong understanding of leading digital platforms and how brands use them to drive performance (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, Amazon)
Proactive and relationship-driven, with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration
Comfortable working across internal and partner teams
