Job Description

The Partnerships, Development and Communication lead at Vodafone Egypt Foundation is responsible for setting the strategy and managing the execution of the Foundation’s projects & communication campaigns adhering to the Vodafone Group strategy and branding guidelines. The role will strive to position Vodafone Egypt Foundation as a brand built on Vodafone’s global commitment to impact people’s lives using digital solutions and to further expand the impact of Vodafone’s connected education initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Setting the strategy and managing the execution of the Foundation’s projects & communication campaigns
  • Building relationships and managing internal & external stakeholders including government & non-governmental institutions
  • Overseeing Ta3limy’s content provided by different partners and providers
  • Create Vodafone Egypt Foundation NGO Brand as Vodafone Egypt great brand asset and build its capacity to build brand loyalty
  • Responsible for the strategy, management, communications, and technical aspect of the foundation projects
  • Establish & maintain partnerships with governmental and non-governmental agencies
  • Develop all content, reports, and MoUs required for external partnership and/or funding opportunities
  • Develop & implement fundraising strategy by identifying potential donors as well as overseeing fundraising campaigns
  • Ensure the Foundation projects apply the best practice in the field of development based on community needs
  • Working closely with Sarmady to develop a content strategy
  • Drive opportunities to acquire new educational content suitable for Ta3limy’s target segments
  • Working closely with our content providers, ensure brand consistency and proper content integration
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure Sarmady is on board and aligned
  • Design communications strategy & ensure implementation to properly position Foundation projects internally & externally
  • Drive and execute all communications campaigns on the foundation’s social media channels
  • Manage the development of all content required for the Foundation’s social media pages

Requirements

  • University graduate preferably with a degree in communications or development field
  • 10 years with experience in communications &/or development field
