Job Description:

Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That’s the future we’re building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don’t just install chargers. We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly:our network, our partners, ourselves. If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for “just a job.” Neither are we. 😎 We’re driven by impact, and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. If that sounds like you, you’ll feel at home here. We’re looking for people who see challenges as puzzles, not problems, thrive in fast-growing, high-energy environments, want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold. At Powerdot, you’ll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that’s always pushing the edge of what’s possible.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and engage potential fleet partners that would benefit from using the Powerdot charging network
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals to meet the specific needs of fleet operators
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with fleet partners and mobility stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive mutual value and revenue growth
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for partners
  • Track partnership performance and proactively optimize to increase usage and satisfaction
  • Represent Powerdot at relevant industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales – ideally in mobility, logistics, energy, or related sectors
  • Deep understanding of the fleet ecosystem and electric mobility landscape
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
  • Capacity of representing the company in public
  • Availability to work on an hybrid system (1 day remote work)
What we offer:
  • Health insurance
  • gym membership
  • annual offsite
  • english training
  • free office snack
  • special discounts to charge your car
  • meal allowance and extra coverflex benefits
  • Private health insurance coverage
  • Flexible working hours: you own your time
  • Regular team-building events with your local teammates
  • Unlimited coffee
