We're looking for a commercially minded and execution-focused Partnerships and Campaign Marketer to join the World360 Rewards team at Flight Centre Travel Group. World360 Rewards is FCTG's travel loyalty program — built to reward members every time they earn and redeem across travel and everyday partners. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of partner relationships and campaign delivery, turning strategic priorities into high-impact activations that drive member acquisition, engagement, and partner billing growth.
Job Responsibility:
Own the partner marketing relationship end-to-end
Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across all partnership types
Develop partnership marketing proposals and earn mechanics
Coordinate partner activity within the broader World360 Rewards marketing calendar
Design and execute campaigns across the full channel mix
Track, analyse, and report on campaign and partner performance
Participate in partner QBRs and workshops
Apply AI tools to support campaign ideation, partner pitch development, and data-backed proposals
Requirements:
6 + years in partnerships marketing, campaign management, or loyalty program marketing
Experience within a travel, retail, or financial services loyalty context highly regarded
Solid understanding of loyalty mechanics
Strong commercial acumen
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Confident communication style
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Experience working with AI tools to support marketing workflows
A marketing degree or equivalent qualification
