We're looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Partnerships Account Manager to join Hypervolt's business development team, working to help drive sales and partnership retention/value in our automotive channel, in addition to achieving our ultimate goal of hastening net-zero by accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles.
Job Responsibility:
Account Management: Commercially minded and articulate, the ideal candidate will nurture our stable of automotive partners, including creating strategies, and initiatives to enhance our value proposition
Business Development: Lead the charge in identifying and securing new opportunities across the automotive channel, including leasing companies, BVRLA brokers, dealerships, and salary sacrifice providers to drive profitable growth
Partner Relationship Management: Champion partner satisfaction and loyalty by deeply understanding their goals and challenges, aligning those with Hypervolt's overarching mission, and delivering a service that reflects Hypervolt’s 5-star customer service ethos
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and pipelines to ensure the reliable tracking of sales volume, and activity. After all, each Hypervolt charger represents another EV on the road, and a step toward net-zero
Product & Industry Expertise: Stay sharp on Hypervolt’s ever evolving proprietary hardware, and software suite, as well as the wider EV and automotive landscape to offer insightful, strategic support to our partners, customers, and wider community at large
Requirements:
At least 3 years in a client facing, account management, or business development function, ideally within EV charging, automotive, sustainability, or start-up environments, with a strong preference for experience in automotive SaaS sales
Sales & Negotiation Skills: You understand that sales is about solving problems. You'll work to align client goals, both commercial and environmentally, with Hypervolt’s offerings to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
Entrepreneurial Spirit: A commercially minded self-starter with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
Exceptional Communicator: You can clearly articulate Hypervolt’s platform, vision, and value—both in writing, conversationally, and in presentations
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail, helping you spot opportunities and resolve challenges efficiently
Collaborative Approach: Comfortable working autonomously, and as part of a wider collaborative team team. You’re reliable, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced, and ever evolving environment
Agility & Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus
