We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Account Executive to join the Club’s Partnership Management Team. In this exciting role you will support the delivery of exceptional service to existing and future club partners, ensuring all partners receive their full allocation of rights and additional added value. You will build and nurture excellent relationships with relevant personnel from your designated partner portfolio. Developing key internal stakeholder relationships will also be a critical aspect of your role, as you seek to ensure club partners have the toolkit they need to activate their partnerships to their full potential. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and Senior Partnerships Manager to deliver best in class account management to your partners, you will ensure that the operations and administration that underpins delivery and management of the club’s commercial partners is recognised as being exceptional at every level making Everton ‘great to partner with’.
Job Responsibility:
Support the delivery of exceptional service to existing and future club partners, ensuring all partners receive their full allocation of rights and additional added value
Build and nurture excellent relationships with relevant personnel from your designated partner portfolio
Develop key internal stakeholder relationships
Ensure club partners have the toolkit they need to activate their partnerships to their full potential
Work closely with the Partnerships Manager and Senior Partnerships Manager to deliver best in class account management
Ensure that the operations and administration that underpins delivery and management of the club’s commercial partners is recognised as being exceptional
Support the delivery of best-in-class partnership management for your designated partner portfolio, ensuring the delivery of contractual rights through strategic partnership activations that deliver against pre-agreed objectives
Establish yourself as the initial point of contact across all of your designated partners, taking ownership of actionable tasks
Be responsible for the approval of partner marketing material that makes use of Club IP, ensuring the creative meets all Club brand guidelines
Develop and lead on a productive and efficient communication structure with partners, ensuring that all files, contact reports and CRM systems are maintained and communicated to the wider team
Utilise all available measurement and reporting programmes in order to build a reporting structure to track partnership performance, whilst taking responsibility for producing case studies to fully review partner activations
Responsible for managing and maintaining partner inventory usage and tracking
Requirements:
Experience in account management, client services, or partnerships (preferably within sport, media, or entertainment)
Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining strong client relationships
A highly organised individual who is proactive in their approach and possesses strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with key partner contacts
Excellent IT skills and proficient in using Microsoft packages including Excel and PowerPoint are essential for this role
