Our client is a leading developer in the global iGaming industry. We are seeking a Partnership Team Manager to lead a small team within the Partnership division and drive revenue across the company's portfolio. This on-site role is based in Malta. This is a local role, relocation is not offered. In this role you will blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, building strong relationships with tier-one operators and identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise value for the business. You will mentor your team, manage key accounts, and work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the commercial direction. With a focus on growth, collaboration, and customer success, you will help us expand our partnerships while upholding our values and delivering results in a competitive market.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a small team of SPMs and PMs to achieve revenue targets and develop operational plans
  • Manage a portfolio of tier-one operators, grow revenue, and maintain strong relationships
  • Be accountable for team performance and your own targets
  • Monitor progress, identify gaps, and implement strategies to meet deadlines
  • Promote company values across departments and drive a customer-first approach
  • Negotiate complex deals with clear ROI and commercial clarity
  • Define strategic levers at operator, market, and group levels, guiding prioritisation
  • Support the Head of Partnerships with project management, training, and alignment of targets with strategy
  • Track strategy progress and provide feedback to HoP
  • Build relationships with key contacts, including executive-level partners

Requirements

  • Experience in upselling and revenue generation in a fast-paced environment
