Job Description

As a Partnership Success Coordinator, you will hold a key position, responsible for deepening existing partnerships with retailers and commercial real estate owners, in order to embed our kiosks seamlessly into their retail operations. Your role will be highly dynamic and will encompass a wide range of responsibilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the satisfaction of signed clients by working closely with the Operations team
  • Drive client adoption of our various tools to integrate with their retail activities: integration with loyalty programs, cross-promotions, and temporary marketing campaigns on kiosks to generate in-store traffic
  • Design and launch special campaigns on the kiosks aligned with retailers’ events
  • Maximize our Net Promoter Score (NPS) among clients
  • Collect client feedback to inform our product roadmap and sales messaging
  • Automate the above processes as much as possible
  • Identify underperforming locations and propose initiatives to increase usage, either jointly with the client or independently
  • Expand our partner network
  • Identify locations where additional kiosks can be deployed and secure extension contracts on existing sites
  • Turn existing clients into ambassadors to support outreach to new prospects
  • Coordinate with the broader Business Development team to support the achievement of commercial growth objectives

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bachelor +5) from a top Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in Customer Success Management within a fast-growing B2B scale-up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to concisely present progress updates and potential blockers, and to clearly articulate our value proposition to clients from a commercial standpoint
  • Strong organizational skills with a clear sense of priorities
  • You have critical thinking and you assess situations and data efficiently, creatively and accurately
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented, able to avoid unnecessary detail and quickly identify simple, effective solutions to problems
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the autonomy and independence required to make important decisions quickly
  • Rigorous and methodical, capable of analyzing the performance of initiatives and drawing clear, actionable conclusions
  • Highly comfortable with both written and spoken communication, with a strong affinity for client interaction
  • Excellent stress management skills, particularly in high-pressure or tense client situations
  • Strong commercial acumen, combined with creativity and a taste for challenge, enabling the proposal of innovative and relevant solutions to clients
  • Ability to understand our Business Plan and key growth and profitability drivers as an investment-backed company, as well as to grasp retailers’ business models in order to propose solutions tailored to their needs
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility, with the ambition to help capture a rapidly growing market through a disruptive value proposition. Experience in electric mobility is a plus
